The Verdi apartment is located in the Gràcia neighborhood, within a traditional
building with a long family history. From the outset, our approach was to preserve the character of the original structure while introducing contemporary functionality and a renewed sense of space.

The palette of materials and colors formed the core of the design scheme, shaping the atmosphere and guiding the dialogue between old and new. While existing architectural elements and layout features were carefully maintained, modern interventions brought vibrancy, clarity, and improved usability. The result is a home where tradition and modernity coexist in a refined and cohesive way.
